After Rick’s posts about health and willpower, I’ve decided to get back into at least a similance of a routine.  I kicked it off tonight with a 1 mile walk, done in 18 minutes, with a 2.5% incline… Not the best of starts, but not the worst either.  I’ve got to get some endurance going, because my karate is starting back up, and I’ve got to make a run for my brown belt soon, then black belt in a year or two.  Now, if I can just do this every other night, I’d be a happy camper.
